Whenever you visit this site, Squarespace's servers automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring page, and date and time of access. Processing is based on your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, given when you sign up. You can withdraw this consent and unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every newsletter email, or by contacting us directly. Your data is stored for as long as you remain subscribed and is deleted within a reasonable period after unsubscribing, subject to any legal retention obligations.

Mailchimp is certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and Standard Contractual Clauses apply as an additional safeguard for transfers of your data to the US.

If you contact us by email or through any contact form on this site, the information you provide (such as your name, email address, and message) is processed in order to respond to your inquiry. This is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, where your inquiry relates to a (pre-)contractual matter, or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries) otherwise. This website contains links to our Instagram, TikTok, and SoundCloud profiles. These are plain outbound links, not embedded widgets or plug-ins — visiting them takes you to the respective platform, where that platform's own privacy policy applies. No data is transferred to these platforms simply by viewing a link on this page.
